At ARMS Fishing, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

​We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our stainless-steel products.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused

• The item is in its original condition

• The item is returned with original packaging when possible

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

• Customized products

• Products showing signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order information and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs and additional information to help resolve the issue quickly.
